Some things that are bad for your health:

ALCOHOL is bad for you if you drink too much. Binge drinking is very bad for you.
This means drinking a lot in one go.

If you are a man you should not drink more than 3 units a day

If you are a woman you should not drink more than 2 units a day

A small glass of wine has 1 unit.
A pint of beer has 2 units.
A small measure of spirits has 1 unit.

SMOKING causes heart and lung disease.
It will harm your body.
If you smoke you should ask for help to stop.

Smoking also causes:

  • Cancer of the lung, throat and mouth
  • high blood pressure
  • bad breath
  • yellow teeth
  • bad skin

You should check your body often.

Men should check their testicles for lumps.
