The All Stars support people with learning disabilities to develop their confidence and live healthier and more active lives. The group will run fun indoor games, exercise and community activities as well as a healthy eating and cooking group, focusing on supporting people to plan, shop and cook healthy meals on a budget. People with learning disabilities will also be supported to develop a healthy living website.

The Bromley group meets at Bromley College on Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm during term time. Our Bexley group meets at King Henry School, Erith on Wednesdays 6-7pm
